Guanzhou Chen (陈冠州)

I am an Assistant Professor at the School of Statistics and Data Science, Nankai University, and a member of the Nankai Experimental Design Research Group.

I received my Ph.D. in Statistics from Simon Fraser University in 2023 under the supervision of Professor Boxin Tang. Before that, I obtained my M.S. from the University of Chicago in 2018 and my B.S. from Beijing Normal University in 2016.

My research focuses on the theory and methodology of experimental design and data collection for modern scientific investigations, including:

• Factorial designs & Orthogonal arrays
• Space-filling designs & Computer experiments
